“We worked with Mark Semerjian for almost 2 years and throughout that time found him wonderful to work with. He was extremely responsible and took tremendous pride in quality work. He took us through the whole building process step by step, beginning with the layout of the property, and worked with the architect and site plan. Once construction began, he had a time-line set up for accomplishment of all the building steps—this was an easy time-line to follow, with Mark always available to help us with selection processes. Mark’s in-put was invaluable since he has a wonderful aesthetic sense. Mark is also very detail-oriented and so continually helped us identify tiny construction additions and modifications in the architectural plans that needed to be made as construction progressed. Working with Semerjian Builder’s independent subcontractors was also a pleasure, in part, because it seemed that the subcontractors shared Mark’s sense of pride and craftsmanship and aesthetics. Once we moved in, the punch list items were accomplished meticulously and conscientiously and around our lifestyle and schedules. To this day, Mark remains the only resource for us with regards to our home.”
