It is nice to see our Semerjian Builders full page ad in the Episcopal House Tour Ad Book this year. Today, we are attending the Episcopal House Tour with a few clients who are custom building in Wayne, Pennsylvania. I will be taking the clients with me to the houses on the tour in order to look at architectural detailing, flow, finishes and design ideas. For the past few years, we have been fortunate to have had 2 of our custom estate homes featured on the tour. One of them in Devon and the other in Villanova. These estate homes were visited by over 600 tour guests. We look forward to a great tour today, and to be part of this event again next year.
