We purchased a home built by Semerjian Builders more than five years ago and have become close friends with Mark. We had worked with other builders and contractors for building a home as well as extensive remodeling – but none of the experiences that we’ve had could compare. The level of detailed work and custom touches that Mark provides is often one-of-a-kind as he has gone the extra miles and done much research to fulfill our needs. We also looked at many high-end properties during our house-hunting days — there are places that one is wowed at first but somehow with the second visit is left with a different feel, with a Semerjian-built house you’d still fall in love every time! Mark’s not only a superb custom builder but is someone that you’d be comfortable leaving your house keys and alarm codes with — and definitely one that I would highly recommend to family and friends.
